Michael Wiesendorf und Wolfgang Geblonsky Immobilien Estate Agents, http://www.wiesendorf-immobilien.de , needed to add extra voice extensions to an Opera Flexicom system at their head near Dusseldorf. The chief executive and several other key personnel were relocating to a building across the motorway and the objective was to accommodate the expansion with just an Ethernet cable running between both buildings.

Solution
Eric Drissler of the local solutions provider, http://www.edcud.de , worked closely with our German partners at TIPTEL to install Operafone IP Executive key sets, tiptel 65 VoIP, on the company LAN and maintain the identical user interface that was familiar to the people at Wiesendorf from the digital Executive key sets they already had. The result was a smooth expansion at a site that's handling over 200 calls per hour in peak periods.
