Customer Requirement
Kinderopvang Rhenen, http://www.kinderopvangrhenen.nl , based in Rhenen, Holland, is a bustling children’s creche serving the local community. Recently they consolidated their premises from three separate locations onto a single centralised site and they needed a bigger phone system. They also wanted an advanced operator console and they had a requirement to use analogue dect phones.

Solution
Kinderopvang Rhenen asked KPN to install the Opera Flexicom which is marketed in the Netherlands under the KPN brand name Vox DaVo II in combination with the Operafone Executive (d285) with a 48 key Direct Station Select module for operator functionality. The executive operator phone is very simple to use, self explanatory and needs no manual. When a call is answered for instance, an interactive list of relevant facilities is presented on the display and calls may be transferred, parked, etcetera. In addition analogue dect handsets were provided. Even on standard dect handsets the full range of Vox DaVo II business facilities can be used in a smart and simple manner.
