Customer Requirement
Dunboyne & District Credit Union is located in the busy commuter town of Dunboyne about 30 miles from Dublin, Ireland. They needed to grow their voice communications platform and Voice over IP capability was a key requirement.

Solution
They selected the Opera Flexicom which is marketed in Ireland by eircom business systems under the brand name Advantage 4800. The system is configured and maintained by eircom business systems from its remote maintenance centre in Sligo. IP networking will be of increasing significance, as they may want to link the Dunboyne Credit Union with their Ratoath Credit Union branch over broadband at a later date. Mary Tierney of the credit union worked closely with Martin Murphy of eircom business systems to make sure that the advantage 4800 solutions was tailored to meet the Credit Unions growing needs.
